These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Guru24hs services, including our website, dashboard, and managed OpenClaw hosting offering (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1) Who We Are
The Service is provided by NBB MARKETING LTDA, CNPJ nº 43.765.961/0001-08 ("Guru24hs", "we", "us").

Independent provider disclaimer: Guru24hs is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to OpenClaw, MoltBot, ClawdBot, or any of their parent companies, subsidiaries, or affiliates. All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners.
2) Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.
3) The Service (Managed OpenClaw Hosting)
Guru24hs provides managed infrastructure and configuration to help you run OpenClaw, which may include (depending on plan and current offering) a pre-installed browser environment and media processing support.
We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service to improve reliability, security, or performance.
4) Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- use the Service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms and our policies;
- maintain appropriate security practices (e.g., strong passwords, 2FA where applicable);
- ensure that any data you provide or process through the Service is used with proper rights and permissions.
You are responsible for the content and actions initiated by your OpenClaw instance, including any automations or workflows you configure.
5) Acceptable Use
You must not use the Service to:
- violate any law or regulation;
- infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
- distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt networks/systems;
- engage in fraud, deception, or social engineering;
- send spam or unsolicited messages in violation of applicable laws;
- attempt to bypass security mechanisms (including CAPTCHAs or access controls) or encourage others to do so.
We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activity.
6) Credentials, Sensitive Accounts & Security
The Service may enable automated interactions with websites and online services. You are solely responsible for deciding what accounts you connect and what actions your automation performs.
⚠️ Important: For safety, we do not recommend automating banking/financial accounts or other high-risk services. Use least-privilege accounts where possible.
7) Billing, Plans, and Payments
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) according to the plan you select. Payments are processed via Stripe and/or our payment provider(s).
- Renewals: Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled.
- Taxes: Prices may exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Plan changes: Upgrades/downgrades may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle depending on implementation.
8) Cancellations & Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard (or by contacting support). Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.
Refund policy: Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
9) Uptime Target & Maintenance (Not an SLA)
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable. Our current uptime target is 99.9% monthly availability. This is a target, not a guaranteed Service Level Agreement (SLA), and may be impacted by factors outside our control (e.g., upstream infrastructure providers, network issues, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure).
We may perform maintenance (including security updates). We aim to minimize downtime and, when feasible, schedule maintenance during low-traffic periods.
10) Backups & Data
We may provide backups as described in your plan. Backups are a best-effort safety mechanism and not a substitute for your own critical backups. We do not guarantee that all data can be restored in all circumstances.
11) Third-Party Services & BYOK
The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., messaging platforms, LLM providers, analytics providers). Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms. If you use "bring your own keys" (BYOK), you are responsible for securing and managing those keys and any associated costs.
12) Intellectual Property
We own the Service and its related software, documentation, and branding, except for third-party components and open-source projects. OpenClaw is an independent open-source project and is not owned by Guru24hs.
13) Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
14) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GURU24H WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO GURU24H IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
15) Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, posed a security risk, or used the Service unlawfully. You may terminate by canceling your subscription.
16) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice (e.g., via email or in-app notice). Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
17) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes will be Vitória/ES, Brazil.
